Refund policy

We have a 30-day cancellation policy. Any non-custom or special order items ordered and not shipped out can be canceled 30 days before the order is released by the manufacturer. Once the item has shipped any returns or cancellations will have to go through each manufacturer directly. They will each have their own return and refund policies. Any returns processed within the 30 days are subject to a 10% service fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a refund of the amount agreed upon in the return approval.You can always contact us for any refund questions at sales@thecenterofdesign.com

Any special order or custom items are non-refundable and not applicable for return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve approved your cancellation. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
